Content Engine for a Streetwear Brand
WOOGEE is a streetwear brand that sells the way modern DTC actually works: the Instagram feed is the storefront and the DM thread is the checkout.
That model has one hungry requirement — fresh, on-brand content every day. We run the production engine that feeds it without a single photo shoot.
The feed must look like a premium lookbook, but shoots are slow and the drop calendar isn't. Daily posting with photographer-grade quality — and zero photographers — was the brief.
We locked one approved visual etalon — warm morning light, real fabric behaviour, honest skin — and built generation around it. The machine produces looks and product motion at volume; a human art-directs every frame before it ships, and live creator footage slots in where authenticity needs a heartbeat.
One reference mood approved with the founder — every future frame is judged against it, not against taste of the day.
Garments captured as identity references so prints, labels and fits survive generation without drift.
Reels, outfit videos and product loops produced in weekly drops, planned against the release calendar.
An art director kills anything that reads synthetic; only frames that pass ship to the feed.
Fashion generation lives or dies on cloth: how a rib knit stretches, how satin catches window light. The etalon system keeps fabric behaviour consistent across every drop, which is exactly what makes the feed read as one brand instead of a moodboard.
“The feed is the storefront. It never gets a day off, so neither does the engine.”
The numbers that matter
A living library of vertical video the brand schedules against drops and restocks.
No studio days, no sample shipping, no retouch queue — the engine replaced the pipeline.
A single visual standard that keeps a machine-scaled feed looking hand-directed.
Weekly delivery planned a month ahead, so the content calendar never runs dry.
